"I had an amazing experience getting my wisdom tooth removed. This was my first time ever having any dental work done (I didn’t even have my first cavity until age 32), so I honestly didn’t know what to expect but they made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. Check in was super easy with no confusion at all. My appointment was at 8:30, I arrived at 8:00, and they actually called me back early. Everything moved quickly and smoothly I was completely done before 8:50! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the doctor took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. The last thing I remember is the assistant saying she was about to give me the medicine, and after that, I don’t remember a thing which made the whole experience even better. Overall, they were absolutely perfect. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you’re nervous or don’t know what to expect like I didn’t."

"I put off getting my wisdom teeth out for years because I was terrified. I called another local doctor and they couldn’t get me in for a consultation until May. I called Gadsden Oral Associates and had a consult two days later. Then was scheduled 2 weeks later to have all four wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Nimmich and his staff were amazing. I didn’t feel a thing and recovery has been surprisingly easy. I definitely recommend Gadsden Oral Associates!"

"Here is an honest, honest review…!!!!I had such a wonderful experience at this office. I have a fear of going to the Dentist to the point that every time I made an appt to see one, I chicken out. Doing that, led me to having to visit this office to have an extraction done surgically. All Staff was comforting, knowledgeable, kind and attentive. One of the Ladies who is the Xray tech wears the same perfume as I. Versace Bright Crystals. The scent was familiar to her and that led to a short and meaningful conversation that supports the fact that this is a friendly and comfortable environment that really connects with their patients. We live in a cynical world where people are afraid or just don’t want to talk to each other it’s an A+ from me!!! I have manageable glucose levels as well as manageable blood pressure readings and with my first initial visit was for X-rays and a discussion about my medical history. Time was spent after X-rays addressing my medical abnormalities and creating a treatment plan with me about the best solution and the addition of my input A+ from me once again!!! I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and have been residing here in Alabama for 3 yearsand let me tell you, in Brooklyn, I have went and also accompanied people who went for treatment at the dentist or went under anesthesia and as long as their insurance paid for it that was all that mattered. Staff reviewed with me my insurance, my out of pocket pay if there would be any and discuss with me the process of such.. its another A+ from me. My next appt was the very next day..My pressure was monitored before procedure during procedure and after. I was given a moderate amount of oxygen to assist with the procedure. My heart rate was monitored with those sticky patches on my chest and my oxygen levels was monitored through the device on my finger. One minute before my procedure was to begin the nurse check my glucose, this experience was thorough. Yes you guess it, it’s an A+ from me. I was prepped and waiting for the procedure to start. I took a blink because I was nervous and wanted to get this over with. At the end of my blink, I saw my husband standing in the doorway and the nurses, dental techs were talking to me smiling conversating with me while my husband was conversing with the Dentist who had performed my procedure. I only needed the Ibuprofen to manage the pain and antibiotics to prevent infection.. Oh yes it’s an A+++ from me..This office highly recommended!!!"

"Very professional and caring staff. Dr.Dorsett was a life saver & was able to work me in the next day. I'd made it for 4 days so 1 more, I was able to bareI I was in excruciating pain with a broken molar & he extracted it with ease. I was overwhelmed with how much time he spent explaining every step of the procedure as it was being conducted. From the pressure of him working quickly to the crunching of him pulling it out, it was really a welcoming feeling knowing that relief and healing was soon to follow! I'm one of those people that are extremely terrified of dentists. I'd never experienced anything like this before & he was very knowledgeable in working around my TMJ. After my jaw dislocated, which is unfortunately a normal occurrence with me, he quickly was able to reset it without causing me additional pain or discomfort. Professionals like Dr.Dorsett are a rare find. I would never even consider going anywhere else for any oral surgery needs. I'd like to add, all of his staff from the time of check in to the exam room & even checking out were not only helpful and patient but understanding and nice enough to put up with me! That in itself is NOT an easy job! Thanks to the whole crew @ OSA!!! You guys ROCK! Hopefully, I won't have to see them again for a long while but, I know they're there when I need them!"

Went back 5 days later for the procedure and was relaxed and it went without issues. I appreciate that Dr.Orr opted to wait a few weeks to do other extractions out of an abundance of caution because of my heart condition. Five plus stars for this organization!! Highly recommend!"

"I came here to get my 4 wisdom teeth pulled out. I’m such a scary cat when it comes to the dentist haven’t been in a while decide to go bc wisdom teeth was giving me pain called everywhere. I got recommend to this facility. My appointment was fast esp. With the whole virus going on. I’m so blessed to have found this place for 1. They gave me the lowest price ever! I do not have insurance whatsoever. Very worried about paying to much money this service is unfortunately kind of pricey but I’m glad the DR blessed me with the perfect price! I got anesthesia and 4 tooth pulled out. The DR. Nurses, & front desk is very nice! They were so helpful with the whole process! I did not feel not one thing whatsoever! Came in fell asleep got up went home (: my recovery went GREAT did not suffer no pain! Today marks 3 weeks since procedure! I feel wonderful (: thank you for your service I appreciate it very much! May our god bless y’all ❤️"

"My name is bradley "sry im on my wife's phone" but I was at work Friday in excruciating pain from a wisdom tooth that all prior dr's claimed I would need surgery so I called these guys. Got me in that same afternoon and within an hr of getting there the tooth was gently removed and I was on my way. Thankfully without getting put under "which I'm no fan of in the first place" Great staff and all around great place to go. 5 stars"
"I have been going to Dr. Cecil Dorsett since 2004. He started my 12th implant today but this time, we added a sinus lift to the project! He and his staff worked very hard and all I had to do was sit/lie in the chair. I can’t give enough praise to Oral Surgery Associates. The professionalism, courtesy and caring of everyone there is outstanding! If you need their services, they will take excellent care of you!"
