"There are not enough words to describe the outstanding personable care my young adult daughter received from the Dr. and staff at OSC Associates in Albertville. She had a dental emergency that was misdiagnosed as needing wisdom teeth extractions. First of all they were able to see her the next day when we called needing an appointment. She was in excruciating pain and they worked her in at the last minute. After an x ray and consultation with the Dr. it was determined that she did not need an extraction but a root canal. They set up an appointment with a dentist that could perform the procedure AND DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THE VISIT. It almost made me cry because she does not have insurance as she works in the service industry. I am overwhelmed with the generosity and so appreciative that no words can describe. With this economy today being so expensive I cannot say enough about the genuine patient care given to my daughter. This kind of patient care is hard to come by these days. Thank you so much OSC for putting a smile back on my daughter’s face."

"The staff was great with my daughter and after several days later she was having issues with the right side while the other wasn’t bothering her. I called to find out what we needed to do and they seen her the next day. Come to find out she had dry socket on that side that was causing problems. The doctor and his assistant were super friendly and took care of the issue. I will definitely be bringing my son here when it’s time for his wisdom teeth to come out!!!!"
